No. MWA-2961-53606-I.- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (XI of 1948), the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints all persons or hereafter permanently or temporarily, holding the office of Assistant or Deputy Collector, or Mamlatdar of Mahalkari, appointed under the Bombay Land Revenue Code, 1879, or of Aval Karkun of Circle Officer subordinate to such Mamltdar or Kahalkari, to be Inspector for the purposes of Minimum Wages Act, 1948m within the limits of their respective Jurisdiction for such time as they may hold the aforesaid offices.
