No.KHR-328-MWA-1087-I-1239-M (2) :- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (XI of 1948), the Government of Gujarat hereby amends the Government Notification No.KHR-147-MWA-1239-M(2), dated the 19th May, 1989 as under namely :-

1. In entry No.51, in column 2 for the word ‘Ahwa’ the word ‘Padra’ and in column 3, for the words ‘District of Dangs’ the words “ padra Taluka of Vadodara District” Shall be substituted.

2. In entry No. 58, in column –3, for, the words “Kheda Taluka of Kheda District” the ‘Mehmedabad Taluka of Kheda District’ shall be substituted.
