No. KH-SH-4968/MWA-1067-10079-T,-For the purpose of clause (c) of rule 2 of the Gujarat Minimum Wages Rules, 1961 and in super session of the former Government of Bombay, Notification, Labour and Social Welfare Department, No. MWA – 2655-J, dated the 22nd November, 1957, the Government of Gujarat hereby specifies the period of training as mentioned in column 4 of the scheduled annexed hereto (hereinafter referred to as the said Scheduled, in respect of persons other than the persons to whom the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 apply, employed in each category mentioned against it in column 3 of the said schedule.
