No. PWA-1675-I.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (4) of section 492 of the Code of criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898). The Government of Bombay hereby appoints all Inspectors under Section 19 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (XI of 1948). To be Public Prosecutors within their respective Jurisdiction, for the purposes of conducting prosecutions under the said Minimum Wages Act. |
