The Lok Adalat

The Lok Adalat in Gujarat State is a successful experiment and it is acknowledged throughout country. The Officers under the Office of the Commissioner of Labour file cases in the courts. They have to remain present in the court and it cost time and expenses and for that period of time they cannot attend the duty for the benefit of the Labour. Under these circumstances it is proposed that if these cases are disposed off through Lok Adalat in phase manner, it will save lot of money and time.
