| Industrial Disputes Act, 1947-Section 2(9)-Strike-Deduction of wages -Determination-Employee who respond to the call concerted action on the part of such employees not to attend work-Determination of such participation depends upon facts of each case-Question regarding legality of strike and consequent deduction of wages can be suitably determined under the Act-Not in exercise of writ powers-Constitution of India, 1950-Articles 14 and 16. |
