CHAPTER VII---Miscellaneous

 

     32. Savings. - These rules shall not apply in relation to the scheduled employments in so for as these rules are in force and are applicable to such employment, which in the opinion of the Central Government make equally satisfactory provisions or the matters dealt with by these rules and such opinion shall be final.
