1. Under the Right to Information Act – 2005, any body seeking for the information will have to make a simple application or apply in prescribed form.

2. To examine the information or to get the copy of it, except the information restricted under this Act, prescribed fees has to be paid. But no Application Fee is to be paid by the applicant holding a BPL Card. For this the applicant has to present the proof of BPL Card.

3. Apart from Application Form, the specimen of sending Receipt / sending / not sending Information and for changing the matter if it is related to the other competent Regional Officer and for filing Appeal against the Information Officer’s order of non-acceptance, are attached herewith
