Notification Sachivalaya, Gandhinager, 14th July, 2000. | | THE FACTORIES ACT, 1948, | No:KHR-2000/ 138 / Fac-2000-2053-M(3):- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) (6) & (7) Of Section - 8 of the Factories Act,1948 (LXIII OF 1948),and in super session of Government Notification, Labour & Employment Department No:KHR-306-FAC-1097-10066-M(3),dated 31-12-97, the Government of Gujarat hereby appoints the officers mentioned in Colum-2 of the Schedule appended here to be the Inspectors of Factories for the areas respectively specified against them in column-3 of the said schedule.
