Group insurance Scheme for landless agricultural labour

Under this scheme, landless agricultural labour between the age group of 18 to 60 years are insured for Rs. 1000/- in the case of natural death, Rs. 2000/- in the case of accidental death, Rs. 750/- in the case of total handicap and Rs. 500/- in the case of partial handicap. Beside this, additional insurance of Rs. 2000/- is given by the Government of India, in the case of the death of head of the family member of the landless agricultural labours.
