The Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 & Gujarat Rules

 
     Labour & Employment Deppartment assigned the responsibilities of implementation The Equal Remuneration Act, 1976 & Gujarat Rules to this commissinerate vide notification dt: 21/7/2004 in the employment of Agriculture of all state & in the 13 other Scheduled Employment's of Gram Panchayat area. The enforcement officers class I & II of this commissinerate are declared as inspector under said Act.
