The cloth Markets and Shops Labour Board was setup to implement following Act, in state of Gujarat unprotected manual workers (regulation of employment and welfare ) Act, 1979.
Under this Act, 13 type of employment are covered. The Board Constitution consist of Chairman, Government officials, representative from shop owners and workers.
