Administrative Set Up :-

     The Welfare Commissioner, appointed under Section : 11 of the Act is the Principal Executive Officer of the Board. It is his duty to ensure that provisions of the Act and the Rules made thereunder, are carried out. He has also to implement and execute schemes approved by the Board and carry out orders given by the Board.

Location of Centers :

     The Labour Welfare Centers are located in the predominant labour localities, industrial housing colonies, which are mainly occupied by industrial workers.
